Project Overview
Tailored brands is a specialty retailer of men’s clothing, with four brands under their brand. The company focuses on providing custom, ready-to-wear, and rental apparel—particularly suits, tuxedos, and formalwear—along with related accessories.
The new initiative is to build a Clientelling app to bridge the information gap between the customer and the sales person who is assisting the customer at their stores. Also this will help to build and maintain better customer relationship.
Problem context
Sales Persons often doesn't know complete information about a returning customer, their size, preference, previous purchases, loyalty, reward point balance etc.
A client telling app while attending the customer can be handy for the sales person to provide suggestions based on the customers previous purchase data, size preferences, budget.
For a customer who is visiting the store, it will be a seamless experience as the app will be having tall the data about the customer and it could save some time too.
The Solution
A native ios iPad application has been proposed which will be ideal for the sales person to carry in hand while attending the customer. All the necessary info that the sales person need will be in the finger tip.
As part of the proposal phase, we developed and shared a quick prototype to illustrate the envisioned solution and its key features. This was intended solely for demonstration and alignment purposes. The actual project execution has not yet commenced.
Customer Search
Allows sales associates to quickly locate an existing customer using first name, last name, phone, or email. If no match is found, they can seamlessly add a new customer.


Customer Profile
Provides a 360° view of the customer, including personal details, loyalty tier and rewards, spending patterns, clothing sizes, brand preferences, and category-wise spend analysis.
Recommendation
Generates personalized product suggestions across categories based on past purchases, size, and brand preferences, enabling sales associates to offer tailored recommendations.


Purchase History
Displays the customer’s complete buying history, making it easier to track past orders and understand shopping behavior.
Shop
Integrates the online store within the app, allowing sales associates to browse, add items to cart, and complete payments directly for a smooth checkout experience.
