Product Overview

The Meridian Data Aggregation Platform (DAP) provides seamless data aggregation bringing community-wide healthcare data, social services, and more together in one place. Highly configurable and flexible, users can set up Meridian DAP to meet the evolving and changing needs of the healthcare industry. 

Meridian DAP supports expansive data collection and designed to meet the unique needs of health and community information exchange.

Design Process

User Research

Surveys, Competitive analysis and Focussed groups Interviews were conducted as part of Primary and Secondary researches to understand their pain points, what can be improved, what works well etc..

Data Tagging

Aggregate data from various sectors (health care, social services, financial, census, etc.)

Role based access

Configure user access by role and attribute-based access controls.

Data Parsing

Supports data parsing and data aggregation in various formats and standards (HL7 2.x, 3.x, CCD C-CDA, FHIR, X12, Delimited files, XML, JSON, etc.)

Data Lineage 

Full audit history of data from source to consumption. Full audit capability of data access and changes.
